Tax-subsidized: up to €600 per employee per year

Under § 3 No. 34 of the German Income Tax Act (EStG), employers can provide health promotion benefits of up to €600 per employee per year free of tax – provided these are granted in addition to the contractually owed salary. Our check-ups are designed to be used within the scope of this subsidy, making them an investment that pays off twice over.

Medical consultation

The medical history is collected digitally in advance and discussed at our practice. This offers several advantages: time savings through pre-submitted health data, greater accuracy through targeted questions, and optimal preparation by our physicians for each employee’s individual needs.

Vaccination status review

We check whether the recommended vaccinations are up to date, digitize vaccination records if needed, discuss any overdue vaccinations, and create a vaccination plan for the next ten years.

Vital signs, blood values, and organ parameters

Blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

We monitor blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation as basic cardiovascular diagnostics.

Blood analysis

We conduct a comprehensive examination including a full blood count and relevant organ parameters. This provides insights into, among other things, vitamin D status for the prevention of deficiencies, as well as cholesterol, glucose, kidney, liver, and TSH (thyroid) values.

Urinalysis

We conduct a urine analysis to test for protein and glucose.

Stress test

As a supplementary option, individual stress levels can be assessed using state-of-the-art diagnostics. This is carried out via heart rate variability testing and a cortisol laboratory test.

Full-body physical examination

In addition to the comprehensive health examination including a full blood count and organ parameters, a full-body physical assessment can be performed that goes beyond statutory health insurance coverage and provides important insights into overall health status.

Cardiac rhythm analysis (ECG)

A high-precision ECG recording for a comprehensive analysis of cardiac function using modern equipment.

Cardisiography (3D ECG with AI analysis)

We are among the few practices in Munich to offer a high-quality cardiac examination using cardisiography, a 3D ECG analysis.

Lung function measurement

An extended diagnostic assessment of lung capacity and airways (spirometry).

Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA)

Precise body composition analysis using the high-quality Seca device.

Sonography (ultrasound)

We perform ultrasound examinations of the abdominal, pelvic, and cervical organs, including the thyroid gland, as well as echocardiography and examination of the cerebral and leg vessels.
